| Please Note: All Orders Must be prepaid. We know it is important to have your gift items in a timely manner so if you need your item by a certain date. Type the date the item will be needed by in the comment section upon check out. Many of our items & supplies have to be order so we ask that you allow a minimum delivery time of 3 weeks. Some items can be done sooner if needed and during my busier & higher travel times it can occasionally some take a bit longer. (3-6 weeks) If we have the date needed by then it allows us to work our schedule to be sure and try to have your items to you. We do carry a limited amount of pre-made items if you need an item right away. Please contact us for these. If we have any questions or problems then we will email or call you to clarify this. We want try our best to ensure that you have what you need by the dates you need it and this will allow us to do this. We ship by USPS/UPS. Once the item is shipped we cannot be responsible for the length of time it takes the item to arrive or if it gets lost. If you would like insurance on your items you may let us know and it will be added to your final cost when we charge your card. It is usually $2.00-$5.00 dollars depending on your purchase amount but may be a bit more. We will let you know via email, if you request insurance. Purchases over $100.00 will require a signature on delivery. Overseas orders will need to select UPS worldwide or USPS International Priority.
