As always our #1 GOAL is customer service Policies J&K Designs specializes in providing high quality products and friendly service at a fair price. If you have any questions on ordering, returns, or policies, please contact our customer service department by clicking the link below. Payments J&K Designs accepts payments of money order, checks or credit card -Paypal, Master Card ,Visa,Discover & American Express. ALL Orders must be prepaid and processed in order to receive your item. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. If mailing payment with order, your order must be printed in full and accompany payment. If you have any questions on your order, please email our Customer Service Dept. Custom orders will take at least 3-5 weeks to fill. All Fabrics and products are based on availability and if are unavailable we will contact you to select another color choice and or item choice. Please note : Due to various monitor differences colors may vary. If you have any concerns about color please contact us. Large School Orders We will happily do large school orders for you and have a discount programs for teachers doing multiple orders. Please email about any school items you would like ordered. I usually do a small sample for you to see what your item will look like and will keep you updated as the order progresses. These will require prepayment through paypal invoice. If you would like to do any large group ordering please contact me. Shipping All orders will be shipped either by USPS or UPS . Overseas orders will need to choose UPS World Wide. Please be aware that once we ship your item we have no control over the length of time an item takes to arrive. Most carriers are diligent but we cannot be responsible for error on the shippers behalf. If you require a rush order please contact Cheryl - cheryl@jkdesignsar.com or @ 501.255.0889 Rush orders and express shipping will be extra and may not be available during certain times. Any Overseas orders placed: You will also be responsible for any custom or tariff fees associated with that order If you require a different mode of shipping or have any questions about your order please contact us by phone @ 501.255.0889 or email cheryl@jkdesignsar.com Returns Returns must be sent freight pre-paid or they will be refused. Defective products must be returned to us in original packaging with all accessories. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of your order. Sorry, ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS. Returned items will be exchanged for merchandise of equal value. If item is returned for size or color exchange, it must be exchanged for an item of equal value, if need is for an item of higher value, payment must accompany returned item. If you have any questions on these policies, please contact us. Unless we make an error in spelling Personalized items ARE NOT RETURNABLE. If you need an item right away and are not able to wait the 3-5 weeks;we do carry a limited amount of pre-made items , and would be happy to assist you with that purchase. Please contact us for those items. These item will be invoiced through Paypal and will require prepayment before shipping. As always customer service is our number one goal and we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
